We are seeking an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join our team on a major commercial construction project in Sligo. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to secure long-term work with a growing company and progress through future projects.
Responsibilities
- Site preparation and groundworks
- Drainage installation and pipe laying
- Foundations and concrete works
- Kerbing, paving, and external works
- Operating small plant and equipment (where certified)
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a site team
- Following site drawings and instructions from supervisors
Requirements
- Previous experience in groundworks and commercial construction projects
- Safe Pass (essential)
- Manual Handling certification (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
- Relevant tickets/certifications are an advantage
