Customer Service & Operations Administration Support
Contract Type: Full time (37.5 hours per week), temporary contract
Contract Term: Start ASAP for 2-3 months
Salary: €30,000 per annum
Day to day duties:

Triage shared inboxes and log/update customer queries in Activewhere

Support scheduling and admin for service jobs (appointments, updates, trackers, job sheets)

Handle general admin tasks (POs, invoices, data entry, report updates)

Help clear backlogs and keep records accurate and up to date
Requirements

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook and Word)

Good written and verbal communication skills

Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
