We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our field operations team.
The Role: We are looking for an Exterior Cleaning & Property Maintenance Operative to handle the physical upkeep, power washing, and general maintenance of various client properties, many of whom are multi-site HSE Funded organisations. This is not a basic labouring job; it requires a proactive approach to outdoor maintenance and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pressure Washing: Operate high-pressure washing equipment to clean driveways, patios, decking, and building facades.
- Soft Washing & Roof Cleaning: Treat and clean roofs, walls, and gutters to remove moss, algae, and debris.
- Window & Solar panel Cleaning: Use Reach & Wash systems to clean ground-level and high-level windows and Solar panels.
- General Exterior Maintenance: Clear drains, remove graffiti, and perform minor outdoor repairs.
- Equipment Upkeep: Maintain, clean, and store all power tools, vehicles, and company equipment securely.
- Health & Safety: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, risk assessments, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: experience in exterior cleaning, power washing, or general property maintenance however full training will be provided.
- Licence: Full, clean Irish B Driver’s Licence - Applicants MUST be over 25 for Insurance purposes
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy manual labour and work comfortably at heights (ladders, scaffolding, etc.).
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a small team.
- Customer Service: Professional, polite manner when dealing directly with clients on-site.
