Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for kitchen, service, and management roles
- Handle onboarding, contracts, and employee documentation
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and workplace policies
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and leave records
- Support managers with performance management and disciplinary procedures
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Oversee training, staff development, and retention strategies
- Maintain HR records and payroll coordination
- Promote a positive and professional workplace culture
Requirements
- Previous HR experience (hospitality or restaurant industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Organised, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Experience with payroll and scheduling systems is a plus
