Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across office buildings and apartment complexes. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning communal areas, offices, hallways, stairwells, washrooms, and other shared spaces to ensure they are safe, clean, and presentable for tenants, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, lifts, and communal areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety procedures
- Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces where required
- Maintain washrooms by restocking supplies and sanitizing fixtures
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
- Follow cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Ensure all areas meet company cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Lock and secure premises where required after cleaning duties
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends if needed

Pay: €15.50 per hour
