About the Role
Brandtactics is recruiting a Customer Service Representative / Brand Ambassador to join our team working within the transport industry in Limerick City.
This is a customer-facing role where you'll assist passengers, provide information, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer queries clearly and confidently.
- Provide directions and general travel information.
- Help manage customer flow during busy periods.
- Work closely with on-site teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Complete daily activity and incident reports using a digital reporting system.
- Represent our client professionally at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Based in or near Limerick City.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable and professional.
- Comfortable working indoors and on your feet throughout the day.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service, retail or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Part-Time Position
This is a permanent part-time role working 2 days per week, consisting of:
- Every Thursday
- One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), with the weekend shift rotating on a monthly basis.
