We are launching our brand-new fit20 studio in Maynooth and are looking for an ambitious and people-focused Studio Manager to join our team.

The role
As Studio Manager, you will:
- Coach clients through personalised 20-minute strength training sessions.
- Build strong relationships with members and support them in achieving their health goals.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage daily studio operations.
- Support client retention and studio growth through referrals and excellent service.
- Develop your leadership and business skills in preparation for future ownership.
About you
You are someone who:
- Loves helping people and making a positive impact.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is motivated, reliable and eager to grow.
- Has an interest in health, fitness and wellbeing.
- Enjoys working independently and taking responsibility.
- Wants the opportunity to build something long-term.
Previous fitness, coaching or sales experience is beneficial but not essential. Full fit20 Academy training will be provided.
