About Stonechat Jewellers
Working at Stonechat Jewellers embraces a love for all things jewellery!
Stonechat Jewellers is a design-led Irish jewellery business specialising in handcrafted contemporary jewellery, bespoke commissions and remodelling.
Our Westbury Mall store is at the heart of the business. It is a busy and creative retail space where customers can browse and purchase our handcrafted collections or sit down with us to discuss a bespoke commission or the remodelling of an existing piece of jewellery.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Jewellery Sales & Operations Assistant to join our team. This is a varied, customer-facing role combining jewellery sales and exceptional customer service with responsibility for a number of key operational areas within the business.
If you have a genuine love of jewellery, enjoy working with customers and are highly organised and detail-oriented, we would love to hear from you.
The Role
This is not a traditional Sales Assistant position. Alongside working with customers and selling our jewellery, you will take responsibility for several key operational areas of the business, including purchasing, stock control and coordinating special orders with our workshop.
Sales and customer service remain at the heart of the position. You will be a senior member of our front-of-house team, providing the warm, knowledgeable and personal service that Stonechat Jewellers is known for.
You will also help ensure that the jewellery, raw materials, packaging and other supplies needed across the business are ordered and available when required. Working closely with our workshop and sales team, you will help ensure that customer special orders are communicated accurately and progress smoothly from initial order through to completion.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting the details right and is comfortable balancing excellent customer service with the organisational demands of a busy jewellery business.
