Your Role:
- Welcome and engage with customers in the showroom and online
- Listen to customer needs and recommend the right vehicle and finance options
- Guide customers through the full sales process — from initial enquiry to handover
- Hit and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Promote add-on products including accessories, warranties, and service plans
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across the range
- Accurately update CRM and sales systems
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in car sales (preferably in a franchised dealership)
- Passion for automotive
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident with digital tools and sales platforms
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Clean full Irish driving licence
