BrewBerryAcai is looking for a Head Barista / Supervisor to lead our coffee program, drive innovation, and help shape an exciting new café.
About Us
BrewBerryAcai is all about good vibes, great coffee, and amazing açaí bowls. With a completely new space, we’ve invested in top-tier equipment, brewing espresso on a brand-new Simonelli espresso machine, paired with a Mahlköniggrind-by-weight coffee grinder for precision and consistency. We take pride in working closely with Irish suppliers, supporting local businesses, and building meaningful partnerships.
As part of our team, you’ll have full access to our coffee roasting partner, Behind the Label, who provide industry-leading training, support, and development to keep you at the forefront of coffee innovation.
The Role
As Head Barista / Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:
Crafting exceptional coffee – dialling in, ensuring consistency, and maintaining high-quality standards
Leading and training the team – sharing your knowledge and upskilling baristas
Delivering an outstanding customer experience – creating a welcoming space and building strong relationships with customers
Driving menu innovation – bringing fresh ideas for seasonal drinks, signature serves, and creative coffee pairings
Showing initiative – proactively improving service, workflow, and the overall café experience
Managing daily operations – overseeing workflow, stock, and service efficiency
Working closely with suppliers
What We’re Looking For
Barista experience – You’re confident with espresso and filter brewing, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation
Must have access to a car and full drivers licence
Leadership qualities – You have experience leading a team or are eager to step into a management role
Passion for coffee & creativity – You’re excited about menu development, trying new flavour combinations, and pushing boundaries
Customer-first attitude – You love engaging with people and making their day better
Proactive mindset – You’re a problem solver who takes initiative to improve the café and the overall customer experience
