Eviston House Hotel is currently seeking a friendly and professional experienced Receptionist to join our team. The Role As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in guests
- Managing reservations and enquiries
- Handling phone calls and emails
- Processing payments and guest accounts
- Providing information about the hotel and local area
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the front desk
The role includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays. What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and professional manner
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience is an advantage, but not essential (full training provided)
