Previous experience of working within a Building Maintenance environment would be ideal
JOB TITLE: Maintenance Person
KEY DUTIES: The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of property maintenance and repair, which includes the following
Ensuring the homes are always maintained to a good standard and in good repair
Ensuring the home is a safe place to live and work
Ensuring the grounds are always kept clean and tidy
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Flexible & dynamic
Punctual, reliable, trustworthy, and patient
Good communication, organisational & interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
Evidenced skills and experience in DIY and property maintenance to include basic painting, decorating, carpentry, plumbing, electrics and gardening/Grounds maintenance.
LOCATION: Mill House, Ireland
HOURS: Part time 24 hours per week
Due to the nature of the business, you may be called upon in cases of emergency although this is extremely rare.
PAY : TBC
