We are currently recruiting for a Team Administrator within our successful and very busy Residential and Country Agency Department. Supporting a team of 10 and based at 33 Molesworth Street, you will be required to undertake and excel at a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities/ Person Specification
The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to;
Managing diaries, calendars and general team administration
Responding to phone and email enquiries and providing excellent customer service
Updating our CRM system and maintaining accurate records
Preparing client reports and presentations
Uploading and maintaining online property listings
Coordinating marketing materials with our Marketing team
Booking photography, floorplans and BER certificates
Assisting with invoicing and general accounts administration
Preparing letters, reports and other documents using company templates
Organising meetings, booking meeting rooms and arranging travel when required
Supporting compliance processes, including PSA renewals and documentation
Liaising with colleagues across departments such as HR, Marketing and Compliance
Helping to welcome and set up new team members
Looking for ways to improve processes and support the wider team when needed
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Friendly, professional and enjoys working with people
Well organised and able to manage a variety of tasks
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Confident communicating by phone, email and in person
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
Proactive, adaptable and willing to help where needed
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information appropriately
Fluent in spoken and written English
The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. Some flexibility may occasionally be required to support the needs of the business.
