Who we`re looking for
Dovida Ireland is looking for an ambitious “General Manager” to drive the business growth of Dovida's - Leopardstown branch office based in Dublin 18 with following ability to-
- Work with regional manager and your team to achieve their monthly growth targets and development objectives
- Lead a successful and effective team
- Be very strong interpersonally and drive excellent client relationships
- Be a dynamic, motivated & driven individual and very focused on achieving targets
- Drive improved performance of the office across a number of key performance measures
- Have a good understanding of financial statements and IT.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented and followed at all times
Requirements
- 3rd Level qualification in Business / Social Care /Healthcare preferable
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to listen intently and effectively.
- Ability to establish collaborative working relationships, work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise daily, monthly, and yearly work.
- Ability to drive projects to completion
