- Assisting bar staff to serve beverages.
- Clearing glasses from tables regularly.
- Engaging with customers in a friendly & helpful way.
- Upselling where possible.
- Ensuring that customers feel welcome, comfortable & are encouraged to stay & return.
- Work as a team player.
- Loading dishwasher & washing glasses.
- Ensure the bar & tables are kept clean & organised.
