Blackwell Contracts is hiring an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our Mobile Industrial Cleaning team.
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning operations across client sites. The successful candidate will ensure high cleaning standards are maintained, support the cleaning team, and ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support cleaning teams across different client sites
- Ensure cleaning standards meet company and client requirements
- Complete site checks and monitor quality of work
- Manage cleaning schedules, materials, and equipment
- Provide guidance and training to team members
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
About You:
- Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or construction cleaning
- Full clean driving licence
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificate
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
- Flexible approach and willingness to travel to different sites
- Based in Dublin
