Property Development Sales Manager
Role Overview
A field-based sales role targeting new build residential developments and managed estates. You will secure waste management contracts with property developers, management companies and estate agents, managing the full sales cycle from early pipeline through to contract award. You will also handle commercial bin order sales, ensuring timely and accurate processing of quotations and customer requirements. Success in this role means building a strong pipeline, winning new business and becoming a trusted partner to key contacts across the property and development sector.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, target and secure waste management contracts within residential developments, apartment blocks, multi-unit schemes and commercial portfolios
· Build and maintain strong relationships with property management companies, developers, estate agents, letting agents and commercial clients
· Manage a pipeline of opportunities from early planning stage through to contract award and service implementation
· Handle commercial bin order sales efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely processing of quotations, pricing and customer requirements
· Identify and develop opportunities through additional sales channels, partnerships, referrals, networking and wider commercial campaigns
· Support broader company sales initiatives and business development activities across multiple market sectors as required
· Lead commercial discussions and prepare competitive, commercially sustainable proposals and service agreements
· Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting and sales activity updates to support effective business planning and forecasting
· Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, client meetings and site visits to strengthen market presence, brand awareness and long-term customer relationships
Key Requirements
Experience
· 3–5 years’ experience in business development, commercial sales or a related industry
· Experience working with property developers, management companies or commercial clients
· Proven track record in relationship-based sales, account management and new business generation
· Experience managing pipelines, sales campaigns and commercial opportunities
Skills & Competencies
· Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
· Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple projects, sales activities and opportunities simultaneously
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing business priorities
· Strong CRM, reporting and administrative skills
· Professional and credible with senior stakeholders
Pay: €45,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
