We are currently recruiting for a full-time HR Administrator to join the Group with sites in Waterford, Wexford and Tipperary.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, professional and people-focused individual to take ownership of HR-related administration and act as a key support across the wider group.
The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for all HR-related tasks across the business, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day people operations, consistent communication and professional employee support.
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and employee-related administration.
Support recruitment, onboarding, employee records and general HR processes across the group.
Assist with the coordination of internal communications, staff updates and HR documentation.
Support managers across multiple sites with day-to-day HR administration and follow-up.
Support HR communication and employee engagement activity where required across the group.
Help ensure policies, procedures and employee information are kept up to date and communicated clearly.
Minimum 3-4 years' relevant experience in HR, administration or a similar people-focused business support role.
A degree in HR, business or a related discipline is desirable.
Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
Confident dealing with employees and managers in a professional and confidential manner.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working across different locations within the South-East as required.
Experience in the motor industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
