Sales Executive — iMotors (formerly Inishowen Motors)

We're hiring proven sellers
iMotors is Donegal's No.1 Kia, Nissan and Isuzu dealer — an award-winning sales team, a top-performing aftersales department, and a business that keeps investing in its people and its facilities.
We're expanding fast, and we're looking for a Sales Executive who already knows how to sell and how to win. You don't need motor trade experience. You do need a track record.
What you'll do
- Manage every enquiry from first contact to handover, and beyond
- Build a repeat and referral customer base you're known for
- Hit and beat monthly targets across new, used, finance and add-on products
- Work closely with our Business Manager to structure the right deal for every customer
- Represent one of Donegal's best-known dealerships to the highest standard
What you'll need
Essential
- Minimum 3 years' sales experience in a target-driven role
- A proven record of consistently over-achieving against target — you'll be asked to talk us through your numbers
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence dealing with the public and building long-term customer relationships
- A positive, target-driven attitude and the drive to exceed both personal and team goals
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep a busy pipeline moving
- Full, clean driving licence
Not required
Motor trade experience. We'll teach you the product, the process and the systems — full in-house training and manufacturer training are provided. What we can't teach is the habit of over-achieving, so bring that with you.
