The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and service users and will play an important role in ensuring the reception and administrative functions of the centre run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing telephone calls and enquiries.
- Managing reception and maintaining a welcoming and organised reception area.
- Responding to emails and general enquiries.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments.
- Maintaining accurate records and completing general administrative tasks.
- Filing, scanning, photocopying, printing, and data entry.
- Supporting staff with day-to-day administrative duties.
- Handling information sensitively and maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Liaising with staff and external organisations when required.
- Ensuring visitors and service users receive appropriate information and assistance.
- Following all centre policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements.

- Competent with Microsoft Office, email, and general computer systems.
- Previous experience in reception, administration, healthcare, community services, or a similar environment is desirable.
Pay: €14.15 per hour
