Fortiva/ Medforce, the social care division of the Lincoln Group, is recruiting Social Care Workers in Newtown Mount Kennedy, Co. Wicklow

Job Purpose
As a Social Care Worker, you will support individuals with diverse needs to live independently and reach their full potential through high-quality, person-centred care.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver care in line with individualised care plans and therapeutic goals, promoting dignity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day personal and social care in line with individual care plans
- Promote independence, dignity, and social inclusion
- Support emotional and behavioural wellbeing through positive engagement and active listening
- Facilitate participation in education, training, employment, and community activities
- Support daily living skills including cooking, budgeting, and self-care
- Accompany Service Users to appointments, programmes, and social activities
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and social services
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care (or related discipline) required
- Experience working in residential, disability, or community services desirable
- CORU registration (or application in progress) required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively to challenging situations
- A compassionate, team-focused approach to care
- MUST hold a full Irish drivers license and with access to a car.
