The Willows is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team in Dundrum.
We’re a food-focused neighbourhood pub serving quality comfort food in a fast-paced but friendly environment. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to get stuck in as part of the team.
Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and hygienic at all times
- Assisting chefs with basic prep when required
- Supporting deliveries and stock organisation
- Following HACCP and food safety procedures
- Helping the kitchen run smoothly during busy service
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well under pressure
- Positive attitude and team player
- Previous kitchen porter experience is a bonus but not essential
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends
