We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable
Roofing Carpenter to join our growing team installing residential and commercial solar PV systems throughout the South East region.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in the rapidly expanding renewable energy sector with a company committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of roof mounting systems for solar PV panels
- Working on pitched and flat roofs safely and efficiently
- Carrying out roofing alterations and weatherproofing works
- Assisting with solar panel installations as part of a team
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining a clean and professional work environment on site
Requirements:
- Experience as a roofing carpenter or roofer
- Ability to work at heights and safely use fall protection equipment
- Good understanding of roof structures and waterproofing
- Full clean driving licence preferred
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification
- Solar installation experience is an advantage but not essential, as training can be provided
