Are you a Purchasing or Supply Chain Manager looking for an opportunity to shape strategy, lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence across a growing manufacturing business?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established market leader that continues to invest in its people, technology and supply chain capabilities. As part of the Operations leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing purchasing strategy, strengthening supplier relationships and optimising inventory, forecasting and supply chain performance to support continued business growth.
In this role, you will take ownership of purchasing, demand planning and supply chain operations, working closely with Sales, Operations and Finance to improve forecasting accuracy, enhance S&OP processes and deliver measurable commercial value. You’ll have the autonomy to implement improvements, influence business decisions and lead strategic initiatives across the organisation.

The Role
- Lead and develop the Purchasing & Supply Chain team
- Develop and implement purchasing and supply chain strategy
- Own demand planning, forecasting and S&OP processes
- Build strategic supplier relationships and improve supplier performance
- Drive inventory optimisation and working capital improvements
- Lead continuous improvement projects across purchasing and supply chain
The Candidate
- Experience in a Purchasing, Procurement or Supply Chain Management role
- Experience with demand planning, forecasting and S&OP
- ERP and demand planning system experience
- Strong commercial, analytical and leadership skills
