About the Role
DOR Motors Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Vehicle Body Repairer / Panel Beater to join our busy body repair workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicle bodywork to a high standard while ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage and determine repair requirements.
- Remove, repair and replace damaged vehicle body panels.
- Carry out welding and fabrication work where required.
- Straighten and align vehicle body panels and structures.
- Prepare repaired vehicles for painting.
- Operate body repair equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised workshop.
- Comply with all Health & Safety procedures.
- Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and company quality standards.
- Complete work within agreed repair times.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Body Repairer / Panel Beater.
- Ability to repair and replace vehicle body panels.
- Experience using body repair equipment and tools.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
Desirable
- Relevant trade qualification in vehicle body repair.
- Experience working with modern vehicle repair methods.
- Full clean driving licence.
Pay: €36,605.00 per year
