Job Title: Project Manager (Precast Concrete – Data Centre Delivery)

Precast is built for scale — and so are we. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead delivery and make a real impact.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will lead precast concrete packages from design coordination through manufacture, delivery and installation, taking ownership of programme, budget and quality on large-scale data centre projects. This is a hands-on leadership role acting as the key point of contact for clients, design teams, factories and site crews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead precast concrete packages from design coordination through manufacture, delivery and installation
- Own programme, budget and quality on large-scale data centre and mission-critical projects
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, design teams, factories and site crews
- Drive safety, coordination and results at every stage of delivery
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification and to a high standard
Requirements:
- Project management experience in precast, structural concrete or civil/structural construction
- A track record of delivering complex projects on time and to specification
- Strong coordination, communication and commercial awareness
- A collaborative, results-driven mindset
Desirable:
- Data-centre or mission-critical project experience (a big plus)
- Familiarity with relevant Irish/UK standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
