Goods Inwards Operative
Job Responsibilities
Purchasing administration
- ·Raise and process purchase orders for food, beverages, packaging, cleaning products, and operational supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory in line with business requirements and forecasted demand
Good Receiving & Warehouse Operations
- Receive all incoming deliveries and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
- Inspect deliveries for quality, condition, temperature compliance, and shelf life requirements.
Food Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all receiving activities comply with HACCP, food safety, and company quality standards.
- Monitor and record delivery temperatures where required.
Skills Required:
- Attention to Detail - Accuracy in checking goods and maintaining records.
- Organisational Skills - Ability to manage and organize a high volume of incoming goods.
- Communication Skills - Effective verbal and written communication with suppliers and internal teams
- Experience using inventory systems e.g. Procure Wizard.
- Forklift license (training will be provided)
Pay: €17.00-€20.00 per hour
