Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Ireland’s rapidly expanding renewable energy sector, promoting cutting-edge heat pump technologies and associated products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales of heat pumps and related renewable energy products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Building & plumbing contractors, installers and Architects
- Identify and secure new business opportunities nationwide
- Deliver heat pump product presentations and technical guidance to customers
- Work closely with internal technical and support teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Stay up to date with industry trends, seai grants, and renewable energy developments
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales (experience in heating, plumbing, construction, or renewable energy sectors is highly desirable but not essential
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to close sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Full, clean driving licence (essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn about heat pump & related systems
Desirable
- Knowledge of heat pumps, HVAC, or renewable energy systems
- Experience dealing with contractors, builders & trade professionals
- Understanding of SEAI grants and Irish energy market
