Join a Growing and Ambitious Property Management Company
Indigo Real Estate Management (IREM) is seeking to recruit an experienced PSRA Licensed Category D Property Manager to join our expanding team.
As one of Ireland’s growing residential property management companies, we manage a substantial portfolio of Owners’ Management Companies (OMCs) throughout Dublin and surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious, organised and customer-focused Property Manager to manage both existing and future developments.
At Indigo, our Property Managers are supported by dedicated Property Management Assistants, Credit Controllers, Facilities personnel and Finance staff. This allows our Property Managers to focus on what they do best – building strong relationships with Boards of Directors, delivering excellent service, overseeing contractors, improving developments and adding value to clients – rather than spending their days dealing with routine administration and debt collection. We are also embracing AI and modern technology to enhance our service delivery and reporting structures for clients, while ensuring that strong, personal customer service remains at the core of everything we do.
If you enjoy working closely with Boards, taking ownership of your portfolio and helping communities continually improve, we would love to hear from you.
