The Role
Monroes are seeking experienced Bar Staff to join their existing team. There are part time and full time positions available.
Responsibilities
- Serving customers in a fast paced but effective manner whilst maintaining good customer relations.
- Preparing the bar with the correct stock at the beginning of each shift
- Assisting in the back bar / cellar
- Assist with Keg / stock deliveries
- Ensure bar is stocked adequately during service
- Clean and return the bar to perfect condition at the end of the night
Requirements
- Product knowledge cocktail experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Enthusiastic Driven individuals
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Have a passion for delivering excellent service
- Minimum 2 Years FB experience (preferably )
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays
