Responsibilities:
Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work.
Engaging with our customers and clients, assisting them with all queries they have.
Daily and weekly job scheduling
Maintaining the Work Management System
Compiling daily operational reports
Preparation of PowerPoint slides
Engaging with service engineers providing them with support where required
Ad hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
1+ years related experience
Excellent literacy, numeric and IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Decisive, self-motivated with the ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Innovative, creative and proactive with a solution orientated approach
