About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Customer Support / Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers by phone, email, and chat, helping them resolve questions and issues while providing a professional and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Handle complaints and find appropriate solutions.
- Process customer requests and update information in internal systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, retail, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude and a professional approach.
- Ability to remain calm and helpful in stressful situations.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work flexible shifts when required.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is reliable, patient, communicative, and motivated to help customers. Previous call center experience is welcome, but motivated candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: €25.00-€30.00 per hour
