A leading international professional services firm is seeking an experienced and highly organised Legal Executive Assistant to join its Commercial (Employment) team. This is a fast-paced and varied role supporting senior stakeholders, requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational capability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to partners, associates, and the wider team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a consistently high standard of service delivery.

Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior stakeholders

Manage complex email inboxes and diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritisation

Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and detailed itineraries

Manage the billing process, including time entry, invoicing, and monitoring client accounts

Track and follow up on outstanding payments

Process expenses and manage audit/accrual requests
-
Support client onboarding processes, including AML compliance requirements

Maintain and update client databases and records
-
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, reports, and presentations

Manage digital dictation and document production
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic filing systems

Ensure all documentation is organised, accessible, and compliant

Provide ad hoc support across the wider team as required

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Legal Secretary, PA, or Executive Assistant role

Experience in a professional services or corporate environment

Exposure to billing systems and financial administration

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent typing speed (minimum 70 wpm)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
