BAKERY & DELI ASSISTANTS Crowe’s Gala – Sixmilebridge, Co. Clare
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic people to join our Bakery & Deli team at Crowe’s Gala, Sixmilebridge.
We have two positions available:
POSITION 1 – BAKERY ASSISTANT
Working back of house in our bakery, this role involves baking and preparing our range of fresh bakery products.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Clean, fast and efficient
- Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Reliable and hardworking
- Willing to learn and develop their skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Takes pride in producing quality food
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
Previous baking, bakery, catering or food preparation experience is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided.
Duties will include:
- Baking and preparing bakery products
- Following recipes and preparation instructions
- Weighing and measuring ingredients
- Preparing products to a consistent standard
- Ensuring products are ready on time
- Cleaning and maintaining the bakery and equipment
- Following excellent food safety and hygiene standards
POSITION 2 – DELI ASSISTANT
Working as part of our busy deli team, duties will include:
- Preparing and serving fresh deli food
- Preparing sandwiches, salads and other products
- Serving customers to a high standard
- Stocking and displaying products
- Keeping the deli area clean and well presented
- Following excellent food safety and hygiene standards
- Working as part of a friendly and busy team
Previous deli, café, catering, food service or retail experience is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided.
HOURS
Both positions are primarily morning positions, with hours available midweek and weekends.
We can discuss the exact days and hours with the successful applicants.
These positions are not suitable for students looking for occasional or seasonal work, as we require regular availability for morning shifts.
