The Role
Responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for major mechanical building services projects and managing tenders from enquiry through award.
Key Responsibilities
- Tender analysis and take-offs
- Prepare BOQs and estimates
- Source supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Identify risks and value engineering opportunities
- Prepare tender submissions
- Maintain tender controls and procedures
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years mechanical estimating/QS experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, ventilation and pipework systems
- Excellent commercial, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tenders
Pay: €45,580.64-€94,328.48 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ballyshannon, County Donegal
