We’re Hiring:
We’re looking for passionate, skilled, and motivated Chef de Parties to join our dynamic kitchen brigade. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and want to grow your career in a supportive, creative setting — we want to hear from you.
Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
- Lead a designated section of the kitchen with confidence and consistency
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard
- Support menu development and contribute ideas
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Mentor junior chefs and collaborate with the team
Commis Chef Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation across all sections
- Learn and grow under the guidance of senior chefs
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Show initiative and a willingness to develop skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role (fine dining preferred but not essential)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
