Kingscourt Dental is looking for a passionate, driven Associate Dentist to join our thriving fully private practice. Led by a Principal with 20 years of experience, we pride ourselves on being a pillar of the community, delivering high-end dentistry in an environment that feels like family.
This isn't a "cold start" role. You will be stepping into a warm chair with an extensive, loyal patient list, allowing you to focus on what you do best: providing exceptional clinical care.

The Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a clinician who is as comfortable with complex diagnostics as they are with cosmetic transformations.
- Comprehensive Care: Perform high-quality general dentistry, including restorations and extractions.
- Cosmetic Excellence: Lead whitening treatments and aesthetic cases for a patient base that values private dental solutions.
- Patient Education: Take the time to educate patients on long-term oral health, fostering trust and high treatment acceptance.
- Diagnostic Precision: Utilize modern tech and X-ray diagnostics to create bespoke treatment plans.
- Collaborative Practice: Work closely with our Hygienists, Therapists, and nursing staff to provide a seamless patient journey.
About You
- GDC Registered Dentist with a valid indemnity policy.
- A "community-first" mindset with excellent communication skills.

- The Pay Structure: Attractive 50/50 Split on remmuneration
