Currently recruiting a flexible and experienced Deli Assistant on a permanent basis to join our team. Shifts will include mornings during the week and at the weekend so this position will not be suitable for students.
As a Deli Assistant, you will be responsible for the preparation of high-quality hot and cold deli products and for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Pay will be reflective of experience.
Main responsibilities:
· Prepare customer orders across fresh food areas
· Cook, prepare, and display the foods sold throughout the day
· Ensure that the counter displays across all fresh food departments are to the highest standards at all times throughout the day
· Deal with all customer queries efficiently and professionally
Ideal candidate will have:
· Excellent communication skills
· Previous customer service experience is an advantage
· Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to multi-task under pressure
· HACCP training is desirable but not essential
Pay: From €14.15 per hour
