Who We Are Looking For
We’re seeking qualified Hearing Care Assistants who are passionate about patient care and committed to delivering high clinical standards.
Ideal applicants will have:
- Experience or formal training in audiology or hearing care.
- Strong technical and clinical abilities (or a strong foundation to develop them from).
- Excellent communication, empathy and people-skills.
- A proactive, compassionate attitude towards patient wellbeing.
- Confidence working independently as well as part of a team.
Whether you're recently qualified, currently progressing through training, or already experienced in clinical hearing care, we would love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct hearing assessments and support hearing aid fittings (role dependent on qualification level).
- Provide professional advice, aftercare and exceptional customer service to every client.
- Support audiologists with testing, patient management and clinical tasks (suitable for trainees/HCAs).
- Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold high-quality care standards.
- Become part of a team dedicated to improving the lives of people with hearing loss.
