Supermarket Duty Manager - Blanchardstown
Excel Recruitment is currently seeking a driven and ambitious Duty Manager to join a high-performing supermarket in Blanchardstown.
Salary: €40k - €42k
Key Responsibilities:

Support overall store performance including sales, margin, and operational standards

Lead and motivate teams across grocery, fresh food, and front-end departments

Ensure high standards in merchandising, stock control, and store presentation

Manage staff performance, delegation, and daily task execution

Monitor KPIs and support the delivery of business targets
-
Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations
-
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues efficiently
-
Act as Duty Manager in the absence of senior management
The Ideal Candidate:

Experience in a supervisory or management role within grocery retail
-
Strong understanding of supermarket operations and fresh food standards

A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams

Commercially aware with a focus on driving sales and controlling costs

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ambitious with a desire to progress within retail management
