Duke Motorcycle Ltd is an independent motorcycle repair workshop and retail store based in Dublin. We are passionate about motorcycles and pride ourselves on providing excellent workmanship and outstanding customer service.
We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Store & Customer Service Assistant to become a key member of our team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting customers, helping keep the shop running smoothly, managing stock and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Welcome customers into the shop and provide a friendly, professional experience.
- Answer customer enquiries in person, by phone, email and social media.
- Assist customers with products, services and general information.
- Help ensure every customer receives excellent service.
Sales & Administration
- Process customer payments accurately using the till system.
- Prepare quotations and invoices.
- Record supplier invoices and update information within the accounts system.
- Maintain accurate customer, supplier and sales records.
Parts & Inventory
- Receive deliveries and check incoming parts.
- Organise stock and keep storage areas tidy.
- Update inventory and stock levels.
- Order parts from suppliers and monitor outstanding orders.
- Help identify opportunities to improve stock availability and supplier performance.
Workshop & Store Support
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming shop environment.
- Support the workshop team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure tools, equipment and displays remain organised.
Marketing & Community
- Assist with social media by taking photos, videos and creating basic posts.
- Support promotions, events and customer engagement activities.
- Help build relationships with local businesses, suppliers and the motorcycle community.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a customer service, retail, administration or similar role.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Professional, reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience within the motorcycle, automotive or motor trade industry.
- Experience using invoicing, stock control or accounting software.
- Sales or retail experience.
- Experience managing social media for a business.
- Motorcycle licence or interest in motorcycles is an advantage.

Working Hours
- Tuesday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Our current opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday. Shifts are worked on a rota basis within these hours.
While we are currently closed on Mondays, applicants must be available to work Mondays should the business extend its opening hours in the future.
