Qualified Upholsterer – Full Time
We are currently seeking a skilled Upholsterer to join our busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide variety of vehicle interiors and furniture projects in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upholster cars, vans, trucks, campervans, motorcycles, and furniture including sofas, chairs, and custom pieces
- Work with fabrics, leather, and commercial-grade materials
- Use both hand tools and industrial upholstery machinery
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
- Ensure high-quality finishes, including correct tension, fit, and pattern alignment
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Requirements:
- Fully qualified upholsterer and/or minimum 4 years’ experience (commercial experience preferred)
- Strong upholstery skills, including techniques such as deep buttoning and stitching
- Experience using industrial upholstery tools and equipment
- High attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good level of conversational English
- Physically fit and capable of handling large furniture items
