Our client, a leading organisation based in Dublin 2, is seeking a Business Support Coordinator to join their team on a 9-month contract basis.

Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process for contingent/contract staff

Act as the main point of contact for recruitment agencies

Manage CV tracking, reporting, and interview scheduling

Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process

Ensure timely approvals and process completion

Assist with onboarding coordination and documentation

Maintain accurate records and governance compliance

Provide general administrative and team support

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of GDPR

Experience with reporting or dashboard tools (e.g. Power BI)
