For our kitchen we are looking to hire energetic, enthusiastic Chefs of all grades, who have who have 1-3 years experience in similar roles, with a passion for food to join our team. This position requires the flexibility that our industry commands. On top of the hourly rate, our chefs receive an equal share of tips to that of the front of house staff, so significant tips are available.
We open for dinner & drinks Wednesday thru Sunday, adding lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Duties
- Food preparation including fish and sauces
- Manage sections throughout the kitchen alongside our Head Chef (from prep through to service) to match our high standards
- Work alongside head chef assisting in the daily running of the kitchen
- Liaise with Front of House team and management
- Ensure we are compliant with HSA guidelines and provide a healthy and safe work environment (HACCP training necessary)
- Knowledge of seasonal produce and input in menu changes
Pastry experience a bonus, but not a necessity.
