CLEANING SUPERVISOR
We are currently recruiting an experienced and dependable Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily cleaning and presentation of our accommodation.
This is a hands-on position. The successful candidate will work alongside the cleaning team while ensuring that all rooms, apartments and common areas are completed on time and to a consistently high standard.
Key responsibilities:
- Organising and supervising the daily cleaning schedule
- Allocating rooms and apartments to cleaning staff
- Carrying out detailed inspections before guest arrival
- Ensuring cleaning and presentation standards are consistently maintained
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues immediately
- Monitoring staff attendance, performance and cleaning times
- Providing clear feedback and additional training where required
- Checking linen, cleaning supplies and stock levels
- Ensuring hallways, reception areas and external areas are clean and presentable
- Uploading completed checklists and photographs following inspections
- Assisting with cleaning during busy periods
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
- Have supervisory or team-lead experience
- Be organised, reliable and confident managing a team
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be comfortable addressing poor standards and following up with staff
- Be able to work efficiently in a busy accommodation environment
- Be available to work mornings, weekends and peak periods as required
- Hold a full driving licence where possible
This role would suit someone who takes genuine pride in maintaining high standards and is prepared to take responsibility for the condition and readiness of the property each day.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €16.00-€18.00 per hour

- Cleaning: 2 years (required)
- Team management: 1 year (preferred)
