Key Responsibilities
- Inclusive Education: Provide dedicated support to children under the Access and Inclusion Model (AIM), ensuring they fully participate in early learning activities and routines.
- Child Development: Support children’s individual developmental needs, learning styles, and well-being in a warm, encouraging environment.
- Collaborative Support: Work collaboratively with room lead educators, management, and external AIM professionals to implement inclusive learning strategies.
- Communication: Maintain warm, professional communication with colleagues and parents regarding children's daily progress and inclusion milestones.
- Safety & Care: Uphold high standards of care, safety, and hygiene in line with nursery policies and statutory regulations.
Requirements
- Qualifications: QQI / FETAC Level 6 qualification (or equivalent recognized qualification) in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Mindset & Values: Positive, professional, and caring attitude with a true passion for inclusive early years education.
- Teamwork: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
