Digital Platform Strategy Ownership (Marketplace-Led):
Own the digital platform strategy and long-term vision for VBU, with Marketplace as the anchor platform
Define how our digital platforms will evolve into commercial growth channels across acquisition, in-life and renewal
Act as the single business owner for Marketplace outcomes within the OpCo
Ensure our digital platform strategy aligns to our Product Portfolio priorities and Commercial growth strategy/LRP commitments
Platform Roadmap, Backlog & Prioritisation:
Own the end-to-end Marketplace backlog, roadmap and demand funnel
Approve / reject demand based on commercial value, customer impact, revenue protection and risk
Ensure backlog prioritisation directly supports our portfolio growth drivers and LRP delivery commitments
Provide governance and alignment across wider platform roadmaps (VBOL, VBRO, CyberHub/VBSOC)
Product, Portfolio & Partner Enablement:
Act as the gatekeeper for product and partner onboarding onto Marketplace
Ensure onboarding aligns to:
Strategic portfolio priorities
LRP growth areas
Ensure: Products are operationally viable
Customer journeys are complete
Lifecycle (sell bill renew) is fully supported
Customer Journey & Conversion Ownership:
Own the end-to-end Marketplace customer journey
Drive improvements in conversion, adoption and customer experience
Digital Value Stream & Group Interface (VBU Representation)
Change, Adoption & Platform-Led Selling
