Telesales Agent – Fluent English Essential
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly and motivated person to help us reconnect with people who showed interest in our products or services. These leads are not "cold calls”, they’re warm leads. Your role is simply to re-engage them, remind them how our product can help & book them in for a site survey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconnect with warm leads: Call people who have previously shown interest.
- Build Connections: Be friendly, patient, and help spark their interest again.
- Identify Interested Leads: Identify who is ready to move forward and pass them to the sales team.
- Stay Consistent: Keep a positive attitude and follow up where needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent English is essential.
- Good on the phone and a good listener.
- Able to handle rejection and keep going.
- Basic computer skills for tracking calls and notes.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Able to connect with different people and adjust your approach.
