In this role you will be responsible for carrying out all electrical work within the hotel and assist with other maintenance work promptly and to the highest standards to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
Duties include.
- Implement company statutory and legal requirements including fire, health and safety, hygiene, electricity at work, and all local by-laws Must be RECI Certified
- Liaise with the Management team daily on tasks to prioritise maintenance requirements for the Hotel.
- Deal with all electrical work, and assist with plumbing, heating, and any other maintenance issues daily and co-ordinate contractors when required.
- Carry out maintenance repair work and ensure the appropriate PPE is worn during all repairs.
- Ensure energy conservation initiatives are implemented.
- Follow planned preventative maintenance programmes.
- Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Deal with all service and product guarantees and warranties.
- Carry out inspection on public areas daily in case of problems arising unexpectedly.
- Engage in flexible work schedules to be able to perform well during emergencies. Assist in remodelling and construction of new projects as may be required.
- 39 hour week Mon- Fri (on call in case of an emergency at weekends)
