As part of our continuing growth, we are looking to expand our After-Sales / Service team and are now inviting applications from motivated, customer-focused individuals interested in contributing to the high-quality experience our customers expect at Sarsfield Motors.
About the Role
As a Vehicle Technician at Sarsfield Motors, you will play an important role in keeping our customers' vehicles in top condition. This is a practical, workshop-based role focused on routine servicing and maintenance tasks. You will work as part of a small, friendly team in a well-equipped workshop, contributing to the high standards Sarsfield Motors is known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out routine vehicle servicing and maintenance (oil changes, filters, fluids, etc.)
- Tyre fitting, balancing and rotation
- Brake inspections and replacements
- Carrying out vehicle health checks and reporting findings to the lead mechanic
- Assisting with general workshop tasks as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace in line with health and safety requirements
- Liaising with the lead mechanic and rest of the teams to ensure smooth workflow
What We Are Looking For
- Some previous experience in a similar workshop or garage environment
- A relevant qualification in motor vehicle technology is desirable but not essential — the right attitude and work ethic matter most
- Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in the quality of their work
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction when needed
- Good communication skills for liaising with colleagues and the service desk
- Full driving licence required
